Situated in the beautiful old village of Prćanj, just 4kms from the UNESCO-protected ancient walled city of Kotor, 40 metres from the seashore, and within easy reach of international airports, is an ideal holiday location that even has its own shared stone jetty! Every room has cooking and en-suite facilities, air-con/heating. Terraces provide stunning mountain and sea views. The "Penthouse" comprises a beautiful 3-bed (en suite) split level apartment. There is the luxurious 2 bedroom apartment "Lovćen", for 4(+3), and two additional studios, the spacious "Durmitor" for 2(+1) and the more compact "Skadar" for 2. All are easily combined to accomodate larger groups. Situated just 15 mins from Tivat airport or 1.5 hrs from Dubrovnik airport. There is car parking, local shops, cafes and restaurants plus a good bus service. This is an ideal location for exploring the UNESCO-protected Bay of Kotor with its stunning scenery, or marvel at its history. The nearby Lovćen and Skadar National Parks are truly magnificent, yet easily accessible. Even Durmitor National Park and the mighty Tara Canyon are within reach. Car hire or taxi collection can be arranged for your visit.
